West Cherokee Properties is a small, local shop — not a regional management company. We take care of a handful of homes in Cartersville, keep them in good repair, and try to make rent and repairs straightforward once you live here.

Downtown, we have the two-unit house at 124 W Cherokee Avenue and the cottage next door at 11 Noble Street — both a walk from the square. Read what is nearby in historic downtown. We do not ask for a Social Security number or protected-class information on that form.
